HERE’S HOW IT ALL STARTED

Challenging professional development advice like never before

Timeline

  • OUT WITH THE OLD...

After years of hearing the same people deliver unrelatable career advice, we set out on a mission to disrupt the careers industry in 2018.

  • A BRAND NEW PERSPECTIVE

We listened to what people needed and found a unique perspective that no one had ever said before.

  • THE BIG REVEAL

F*ck Being Humble was born in 2018, we spread the message online and in-person guiding people on the best ways to show up in their career.

  • OVERNIGHT SUCCCESS

It wasn’t long before our audience began to grow globally and our sell-out events were stirring up a lot of excitement.

  • PUBLISHERS CAME KNOCKING

The response was positive we were approached to write a book within in the first 6 months. We’ve since sold over 10,000 copies.

  • OUR MESSAGE GOES GLOBAL

As the movement grew so did our reputation, we were asked to deliver a TEDx Talk and our talks have reached people in 50 countries.

The Career Book you will never throw away

In 2020 we released our first ever book ‘F*ck Being Humble: Why self-Promotion isn’t a dirty word’. Written in a conversational and accessible style, Stef talks you through the essential career advice that will transform the way you speak about yourself professionally.

With simple exercises, steps and real-life examples, this is a resource for your bedside table that you can come back to again and again, at any point in your career.

Our book is regularly promoted by leaders in the workplace, recommended by career coaches and has been added to university reading lists across the country to help reduce negative self-talk at the start of professional journeys.
